Returns, Damages and Issues
Due to all items being custom made, we do not offer returns once your product has been made. We do, however, offer replacements for any damaged or defective items.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please submit photographic proof of any items that need replacement via email at swankymagnets@gmail.com.
Once we have received photographic proof, we will mail your replacement at no charge to you.
